Enquiries and bookings
If you write to us, we use your name, contact details and message to respond and handle your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a booking or performing the accommodation contract; for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Bookings and payments take place in Little Hotelier, outside these pages. Read the privacy information there before entering your details. Do not send card numbers by email.
How this website works
These pages have no guest accounts, comments, payment forms or advertising or analytics tools added by the hotel. When serving them, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data, such as your IP address, device information and access logs, to provide and protect the service, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure website.
Maps and external services
Google Maps loads only when you press the relevant button. When you do, Google receives connection data and may use cookies under its own policy. You can read the address without loading the map; this choice is not saved for future visits. Other external links are governed by their providers’ policies.
Service providers and transfers
OpenAI hosts this website on behalf of the hotel under the ChatGPT Sites data processing agreement. Its infrastructure and subprocessors may be involved. Under that agreement, transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Email and booking providers are involved when you use those channels.
Retention
We retain enquiries while handling them and, where applicable, for the statutory periods needed to address liabilities. Booking data is retained in accordance with accommodation obligations. Technical data is processed for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, in accordance with the hosting agreements.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or object to processing by writing to the contact above. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
This website does not make automated decisions about you or create marketing profiles.
